BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CARE OF FURNITURE

Before using the furniture, it is worth carefully reading these rules. Failure to follow them may result in damage that is not covered by the warranty.

  • Before using, carefully read the instructions for the product in question.
  • Normal storage conditions: humidity within 45-70%, temperature from +10 to +35 Celsius.
  • The furniture should be placed according to its purpose, at a safe distance from heat sources.
  • Protect the product from direct sunlight to prevent the elements from fading.
  • If it is necessary to move the product, use caution when moving it.
  • Avoid contact with the surface of the furniture with sharp objects that can cause permanent mechanical damage.
  • Periodically diagnose the screw joints. Retighten them if necessary.
  • Do not allow chemically aggressive substances to come into contact with the paintwork.
  • When selecting a cleaning agent, check the instructions for use. Using strong chemicals can leave stains and streaks on the elements of the product.
  • Vacuuming should be done with a soft brush.
  • It is a good idea to periodically wipe down the wooden surfaces of the product with a dry cloth.

WHAT CANNOT BE ATTRIBUTED TO FACTORY DEFECTS IN FURNITURE

  • Transportation of the product can cause creases and irregularities, which can be easily corrected. You may notice deformation of the printed cushions, which can easily be corrected by simply fluffing them up.
  • You may also notice a slight odor, which is due to the characteristics of the materials used. For example, if natural leather is used in the work, the product has a characteristic odor. There may be slight scuffs, creases, tension in the covering. All of this should be kept in mind when choosing a product made of natural materials.
  • If used in artificial leather upholstery, minor wrinkling may occur. Peel lint is also not a factory defect.
  • Occasionally you may notice discrepancies in the texture, color of the leather and fabric used in the upholstery of the product in relation to the stated sample. Small discrepancies in the elements of decoration, their shades, differences in texture and color of leather and wood products are acceptable and do not fall under the warranty case.
  • In the case of transparent or translucent finishes with lacquer and paint materials, solid wood furniture may have an inhomogeneous wood structure. This phenomenon emphasizes the natural character of furniture and can not be a reason for quality claims. This can also be attributed to slight differences in tone, as natural wood absorbs dye unevenly.
