Fantastic, mid-century era foosball table, or “babyfoot” as they are called in France. This table was housed in the same space for over 60 years, and has charming, rough and tumble evidence of many a game. Four corner ashtrays are stamped “Bussoz, 75 Rue de Clignacourt, Paris, 18.” The players are hand painted aluminum, the goals are stainless steel. All wood and paint are in their original well worn condition, complete with someone’s initials scraped on a corner. Two new bevelled wood baseboards have been replaced on the sides of the goals and the leather playing field was recently replaced. This is a great piece for the collector of mid 20th century game tables, and a great statement piece. Measures 38″ overall width, 59 1/2″ long, 36 1/2″ overall height.
As with all our vintage and one of a kind items, this is sold as is. Quirks and flaws are what make these items unique and special.
