Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By visiting our web site, you accept the following:
A. Standard Shipping: All items that are in stock typically ship within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and will generally arrive in approximately 5-7 business days from the ship date.
B. Expedited Shipping: If you would like expedited shipping please contact us at 858-284-6144 for options and additional charges.
C. If you live in the Southern California area and would like to arrange local pickup, please contact us at 858-284-6144 before you place your order.
D. Freight: Large items that require delivery via freight must be ordered by phone so that we may provide you the best method of delivery for these items.
E. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. At this time we do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
F. Any packing peanuts that must be used for fragile items are biodegradable.
A. We cannot accept any returns after 7 days of receipt. Any returns will be issued store credit only, excluding original shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please enclose a copy of your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping and postage. Returns must be sent to Bon Bon Home and Garden, 565 Westlake Street, Encinitas California, 92024.
- DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you received a defective or damaged product, or a product damaged in shipment, please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have a photo of the damages and verify that it is defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
- Bon Bon upholds the warrantees provided by the artisans and manufacturers who create our products. Because the details and duration of our manufacturers’ warrantees differ, we encourage you to ask one of our design consultants for specific warranty information on products of interest.

Bon Bon is committed not only to bringing you the finest products, but also to keeping your personal and confidential information just that – personal and confidential. No personal information is required for you to browse our web site, only when you place an order. We use the information you provide to process and ship orders and contact you if necessary. You may choose to sign up for our mailing list, but rest assured that we will never share or sell your information with any third parties.
